I didn’t play well last week, the highlight being a hole in one on the Saturday, it was the only good shot I hit all day. It came at the eighth when I holed my eight iron from 156 yards, it looked good all the way. The rest I played rubbish, I didn’t make a birdie which is terrible. It’s the ninth hole in one I’ve had on the European Tour.

Yesterday, Monday, I was at Loch Lomond for a company day, it gave me an opportunity to play the course before The Scottish Open next week. Today Gaynor and I are going to Wimbledon which is always a great day and then it’s off to Paris for the French Open from Thursday, a tournament I won back in 2000.

Another busy week.
