The final event of the 2008 season took place last week at Valderrama,it’s been a disappointing season overall, especially not having won a tournament this year. Finishing 27th in the European Order of Merit wasn't the position I wanted. However, the Race to Dubai is a new challenge for us all and we look forward to it.

I have a couple of weeks off, doing some corporate work, but I will also be working hard on my game let’s see if I can’t go for a ninth Order of Merit title – there is nobody in Europe with more ambition and drive than I still have and I look forward to regaining my position in the World’s top 50 throughout next year.
