This week I was due to be playing in the Mercedes-Benz Championship, however I injured my shoulder at the end of last week and, having been told not to swing a club for a week or so, I have had to withdraw. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to playing in Cologne.

I hope that my next event will be the British Masters at the end of the month.

Yesterday (Monday) I attended the launch of Golf in the City, it's a great idea which enables business men and women to get out and have a go in their lunch hour on the floating greens. If it works well here in Canary Wharf we will look to roll it out in other business centres around the world build beside water such as Amsterdam and Shanghai in the future.

I would encourage everyone to go down and have a go!
