Colin,
You have had many challenges in your past. I have enjoyed watching you play at the Target World Challenge. Perhaps this year is one of your most challenging. Prove to the world age is only a state of mind and a true champion is one that can endure all life has to offer with head held high and golf club in hand. Go out and do it ! Hope to see you in the Ryder Cup 2008

Monty - glad to see you back playing well the first few rounds in Dubai. Fingers crossed you're back in the top 50 by April 1st to make sure you're in The Masters - the competition would be far worse off without you!

Dear Monty,
Thank you for all you are, have been, and shall continue to be,to Golf and to world Sports in general. Your comeback at last year's Target Challenge showed professionalism, integrity and determination...
I grew up admiring Al Geiberger's smooth swing and Gary Player's consistency and style. Now that I have discovered how to run streaming videos on my PC. You have replaced them both. Good luck and best wishes for this year on the course and off. Congratulations to you and your Wife to be. And all the happiness in the world. (Which shall no doubt include a "Major," win this year.) Respectfully, Richard Reynolds Brown.

Thank you for sharing your ideas on golf on your very easy to navigate website. Your idea to make every swing the same and just open or close the clubface for distance control (especially in bunkers) was enlightening to me. It's so exciting to learn something new and I look forward to practising this (new to me) method later today.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Have a great year!... and have a great year playing golf as well!

Loved reading the real Monty. Every Scottish golfer is proud of you. We love you as you are. A bit vulnerable at times - that's why we all relate! Please continue to be yourself and I know you are going to have a great Season. From a 22 handicap over the top hacker who loves Foxes biscuits!!!
