THE ACADEMY BY TROON GOLF
The Academy by Troon Golf is, without a doubt, the finest golf tuition academy in the Middle East. Our experienced coaches are committed to creating a learning environment which develops and improves each pupil’s golfing ability and knowledge of their swing through coaching rather than teaching.  They will help you to refine your game through personalised attention resulting in simple, focused steps any golfer can take to improve their swing, their strategy and ultimately, their score.
In addition to The Academy practice facilities, tuition will include access to a state-of-the-art swing studio and private instructional areas.
Regardless of ability, age or experience, The Academy by Troon Golf will take your game to an entirely new level.
Coaching Packages Available:

• Individual Tuition including long term coaching programmes ~ Emerald (1 month, Sapphire (2 months) and Black Pearl (3 months)
• Signature School Tuition ~ A morning golf clinic followed by a 9-hole playing lesson, specialising on the full swing with video analysis, short game technique, bunker play and course management.
• Three Day School ~ 3 days of comprehensive golf instruction, providing the student with a better understanding of their individual swing and the techniques required in developing and improving their game further. This school covers all aspects of the game, using computerised video swing analysis to identify the golfer’s swing characteristics and ball flight control, short game technique, shot strategy and course management.
• Introduction to Golf ~ A 3 – day coaching programme designed for first time golfers looking for a complete and comprehensive introduction to this popular sport.  The school will cover many aspects of the game, including the basics of the swing, short game technique, putting, workshops covering the rules and etiquette of the game and an accompanied round of golf on the 9-hole par 3 Academy Course.

Bunkers
As the name suggests, Bunkers Restaurant is accessible directly off The Montgomerie Dubai’s Championship golf course.  With sweeping views overlooking the 18th hole and putting green, Bunkers is a golfer’s dream – just the right spot to enjoy a quick meal without having to change out of your spikes!  The food is a modern take on traditional pub fare complimented by a variety of beverages served from the distinctive half-moon shaped bar.

Monty Cristo’s
As a golf member or hotel guest wishing to enjoy the ultimate cigar-lounge experience, a visit to Monty Cristo’s is a must.  Boasting a selection of some of the world’s finest cigars and single malt whisky’s, the atmosphere at Monty Cristo’s exudes warmth and indulgence.  Guests can enjoy a sociable game of billiards or simply unwind in one of our oversized leather armchairs.  An impressive selection of cocktails, appetizers and tapas make Monty Cristo’s the perfect choice for a pre-dinner aperitif or an after-dinner cognac.

The Academy
Open for all-day dining, The Academy is The Montgomerie Dubai’s sports-themed restaurant and bar area serving modern pub-style fare and located in the Academy building.  In addition to indoor and alfresco dining options, the Academy also boasts a Majlis area which is ideal for a quick coffee or tea, light refreshments and informal meetings.  The Academy screens all major international sporting events on 4 plasma screen wall-mounted televisions.

As part of its continued efforts to provide members and guests with the ultimate leisure retreat, The Montgomerie, Dubai introduces Angsana Spa to its Clubhouse facilities.  The Angsana Spa offers 6 treatments rooms and a comprehensive menu of treatments and therapies, placing special emphasis on the use of natural ingredients such as native flowers, fruits, herbs, spices and plants.  It is based on the use of aromatherapy, the therapeutic sense of touch, and a fusion of techniques from the East and West to refresh and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.

The dedicated spa therapists undergo professional training at the Banyan Tree Spa Academy located in Phuket.
